Such establishments shall keep a register of sales of restricted pesticides. They shall also have the sanitary facilities specifies in regulation 6 and appoint a manager responsible for pesticides kept in the establishment. Pesticides may be confiscated by an inspector the Pesticides Control Board and retained for analysis. Documentation of confiscation shall be in the form prescribed in the Third Schedule. Only pesticides duly registered in Belize under the Registered and Restricted Pesticides (Registration) Regulations, 1995, shall be sold in Belize.
