Subject to subregulations [3] and [4] every container in which a pesticide is imported, transported within, exposed or offered for sale or otherwise distributed in, shall have affixed to it a label on which is set forth clearly and prominently to the satisfaction of the Pesticides Board the information specified in regulation 3. Some information may ommitted if the container is not large enough but must be included on another label accompanying that container. Further specifications of labelling are given in the Schedule.
