In the definition of "extermination" the words "on any land" are inserted immediately after the word "pests". In the definition of "pest" a correction is made and the words "or ectoparasites" deleted and substituted "and endo parasites". Section 4A provides for the appointment of a Secretary and officers and servants by the Pesticides Control Board. The word "reply" in subsection (6) of section 8 is deleted and substituted the word "rely".
