A Pesticides Control Board is established under section 4. The Board shall advise the Governor in making regulations under this Act (sect. 4). Inspectors may be, from time to time, appointed by the Board. The powers of inspectors are described in section 6. The remaining provisions concern obstruction of inspectors, seizure of articles, offences and punishment, the taking of samples, and further regulation. Full text English
