Abstract The Minister may make regulations for carrying into effect of the providsions of this Act and in particular for the matters listed in section 3. There is to be established a Pesticides Control Board whose duties shall be to: (a) advise the Minister of Agriculture on matters relevant to the making of regulations under this Act; (b) carry out the provisions of this Act and the Regulations (sect. 4). Section 5 provides for entry on land or premises by inspectors performing their duties under this Act. Powers of inspectors are specified in section 6. Section 7 defines offences and prescribes penalties. Section 8 provides for the taking of samples by inspectors.
