Abstract

These Regulations amend the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Regulations 2004 in regulation 95 and the Sixth Schedule and by adding a new Part (VIA) on the importation and exportation of pesticides or toxic chemicals. A person who wishes to import or export a controlled product must to the Registrar for a licence. Forms of (an application for) an export licence are set out in the Sixth Schedule.
