Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to licences for pesticides and fertilizers. Section 4 establishes that licences issued may be classified as follows: Class I (licences for the retail sale of pesticides classified as “commercial”) and Class II (licences for the retail sale classified as “restricted”). The text consists of 10 section and 1 Schedule.
