Entry into force notes
On the date of publication on the Official Gazette. Regulation 3(2) shall enter into force on the 1st of January 2002. For further details see Regulation No. 7.
Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to establish limits on how much of a pesticide residue can remain on or in foodstuffs or commodities. Imports and sale of any foodstuff which does not comply with the provisions of this Regulation is prohibited.
