Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the use of pesticides. Section 2 establishes that no person shall apply a pesticide on an open body of water or on any other area of the Territories unless he or she holds a permit to do so issued by an inspector. The Commissioner may appoint inspectors to carry out the provisions of this Act and the regulations. The text consists of 10 sections.
