The present Regulations enter into force on 30 June 1995.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Pest Control Products (Saskatchewan) Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to handling, distribution and use, of pesticides. The text – consisting of 25 sections – deal with the following matters: designation of pesticides, open bodies of water, backflow control devices, storage of pesticides, transportation of pesticides, treated grains, disposal of pesticides, licences in general and pesticide vendor licence.
