Every person shall take measures to destroy, control and prevent the spread of all pests on any land or other premises owned, occupied or controlled by him. The Act deals with, amongst others, destruction of crop, destruction of infested seeds, roots, destruction of pests on unoccupied Crown land, agreements between municipalities, Power of Lieutenant Governor in Council respecting control of pests, purchase and distribution of insecticides.
