Abstract

The present Ordinance implements to producers, holders, collectors, transporters, dealers, brokers and disposers of waste containing persistent organic pollutants. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the separate collection of waste and surveillance of non hazardous waste containing persistent organic pollutants. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Waste containing persistent organic pollutants (2); Separate collection and transport; ban on mixing (3); Verification requirements (4); Registration requirements (5); Administrative offences (6).
