Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on 27 July 2005.
Abstract

Pursuant to Directive 95/2/EC, these Regulations lay down provisions to be applied to all food additives other than colours, sweeteners and flavourings. They shall apply only to the enzymes mentioned in the Schedules attached.
