The present Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2000.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts several sections of the Wildlife Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the granting of permits. The text – consisting of 26 sections - deals, amongst others, with the following matters: authorization by permit, rainbow trout ponds, exemptions by permit, restrictions on issuing permits generally, live capture permits, conditions attached to wildlife permits, zoo permits, fees and exemption and export permits exemptions.The text consists of 26 sections and 3 Schedules.
