Abstract

This chapter of the Indiana Code concerns the permit and permit application conditions for water and wastewater treatment plants. The chapter further provides for the requirements of a certificate of completion; certification that documents have been prepared; life cycle cost-benefit analysis; capital asset management plan; cybersecurity plan; completion, periodic revision, and public disclosure of analysis and plans; and denial of permit application for failure to include notarized certification.
