Abstract

This Regulation provides for financial support to be granted by the Agricultural Development Board for perennial crops. Under the Regulation, perennial crop means crop which requires three or more years to establish or grow before the desired product can be harvested or marketed or is designated as such by the Board (sect. 1). The Regulation also sets the terms and conditions under which the loans are to be made.
