Regulation 4 lays down hygienic requirements for the handling of pelagic fish on board of fishing vessels. Regulation 5 regulates the handling of fish on board fishing vessels. These Regulations shall be enforced and executed by such officers of the Minister as the Minister may duly authorize in writing for that purpose.
