The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the storage of PCB. The text consists of 14 sections as follows: Definitions and application (1); Effective dates (2); PCB waste at storage sites only (3); Aggregate quantity, volume or weight (4); Requirements for all storage sites (5); Requirements for medium storage sites (6); Requirements for large storage sites (7); Maintenance and inspection (8); Labelling requirements (9); Information to be provided (10); Maintenance of books and records (11); Reporting requirements (12); New storage sites (12); Étiquetage (13); No disposal without authorization (14).
