If Mongolian biological or genetic resources and related traditional knowledge are directly or indirectly used in the creation of the new work, or if they are used in the use of the new work, the origin of these shall be pointed out in the description of the new work. The biological or genetic resources of Mongolia used in the creation of the new invention, or the traditional knowledge related to it, which are not specified in the description, or if false information is provided, will be grounds for the intellectual property organization to refuse to grant a patent or to revoke the issued patent.
