The present Regulations enter into force on 1 August 2000.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Pasture Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the allocation of grazing privileges and to the maintenance of pastures. The text consists of 32 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Allocations (II); Pasture maintenance (III); Pasture Revolving Fund (IV); Repeal, transitional and coming into force (V).
