Abstract Pursuant to this Decree, the following activities shall be subject to mandatory licensing: (a) manufacture and trade of hunting rifles; (b) management of radioactive sources, including sources of ionizing radiation, and management, disposal, recycling and burial of radioactive waste; (c) cultivation of illegal crops; (d) extraction, processing and sale of oil, natural gas and gas condensate; and (e) manufacture of ethyl alcohol and liquors.
