Other functions of the Parks Victoria are to provide services to the State and its agencies for, or with respect to, the management of waterways land for the purposes of conservation, recreation, leisure, tourism or water transport; and with the approval of the Minister, to provide services to the owner of any other land used for public purposes for, or with respect to, the management of that land.
