Entry into force notes
The present Regulations enter into force on 15 May 1991.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Parks Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to management, administration and disposition of parkland and parkland reserves. The text consists of ? sections divided into 13 Parts as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Park entry and facility use (II); Camping (III); Vehicles and traffic (IV); Boats and boating (V); Swimming and fishing (VI); Animals (VII); Fires (VIII); Litter and pollution (IX); Dispositions (X); Buildings and structures (XI); General prohibitions (XII); Other (XIII).
