It is divided up into 11 parts as follows: 1 Short title; 2 Interpretation; 3 Financial assistance; 4 Powers of municipality; 5 Approval of campsite; 6 Agreement with Minister; 7 Approval of disposal of campsite; 8 By-laws; 9 Financial assistance to develop scenic area; 10 Condition for financial assistance and 11 Regulations. The Minister may grant financial assistance to any municipality to assist in the development of an approved campsite. The council of any municipality may acquire real and personal property by purchase or otherwise for that purpose. Where financial assistance has been granted, the approved campsite or any part thereof shall not be sold or disposed of without the approval of the Minister. Where a local community organization wishes to initiate and carry out a project of local improvement by constructing and developing trails, scenic waterfalls, streams or other local scenic or picnic areas the Minister may grant financial assistance. However the organization and the municipality must provide twenty-five percent of the cost of such construction and development. Full text English Website www.gov.ns.ca
