Abstract These Regulations provide for the management, maintenance and conservation of trees and plants within national parks, nature reserves and public parks. These Regulations consists of 6 Parts divided into 24 regulations: Preliminary (I); Management and control of national parks, nature reserves and public parks (II); Approvals and permits (III); Power of enforcement (IV); Green margins and streetscapes (V); Miscellaneous (VI). Regulations 3 to 6 list prohibited activities within national parks, nature reserves and public parks. Activities which need a licence and the approval of the Commissioner are described in paragraphs 7 to 13. Attached to these Regulations is a schedule listing fees for permits.
