The present Regulation comes into force on 1 April 1999.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Provincial Parks Act. Section 2 of the Regulation establishes that the lands described in the second column of the Schedule are designated as park reserves and each has the name given to it in the first column of the Schedule. The text – consisting of 8 sections – deals with the following matters: definitions, designation of park reserves, land use categories, designation period, reference to plan, review, repeal and coming into force. One Schedule is enclosed.
