Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Fisheries Act (RSA 2000, c. F-16). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to fishing in the Pacific Ocean and the Province of British Columbia. The text consists of 77 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Registration and licensing of fishers and vessels (II); Repealed (III); Fish other than halibut, herring, salmon and shellfish (IV); Herring (V); Salmon (VI); Shellfish (VII); Marine plants (VIII); Halibut (IX). Eight Schedules are enclosed.
