Abstract

These Regulations principally provide with respect to operations involving controlled substances as defined by the Ozone Depleting Substances Act. They provide rules for the handling, supply, purchase and international trade in such substances and for licences and permits for the handling of such substances. Other provisions concern, among other things, labelling and storage of controlled substances, inspections and appeals.
