The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to ozone depleting substances. The text consists of 30 sections divided into 6 Parts as follows: Definitions and application (I); Installation, service and repair of equipment (II); Use, disposal and storage of class 1, 2 and 3 substances (III); Sale of class 1, 2 and 3 substances (IV); Trained service technicians and secondary distributors (V); Miscellaneous provisions (VI).
