Abstract

This Chapter of the Idaho Statutes concerns outlet control structures. It provides for authorization of outlet control structure for Priest Lake; construction commenced on approval of plans and specifications; acceptance of contributions and creation of Priest Lake outlet control structure construction fund; appropriation to the fund; moneys in the fund appropriated to purposes of act; exemptions, reversion of the fund; and supervision and control by the Idaho water resource board.
