Abstract

The present Regulation enacts various sections of the Forest Fire Prevention Act. In particular, the Regulations lays down provisions relating to outdoor fires. Section 1 establishes that no person shall start a fire outdoors unless conditions will allow the fire to burn safely from start to extinguishment. The text consists of 15 sections. Two Schedules are enclosed as follows: West Fire Region (1) and East Fire Region (2).
