An authorized exporter must follow the following directives: (a) He shall present, within the 30 June of every year, a general report of his export activities, exported species and target export countries. (b) He shall keep an accounts system capable of giving a view of his export activities. (c) He shall collect the breeders’ royalties from the growers who contacted him and transfer the sums to the council. (d) He shall deduct the levy sum from the growers profit and will transfer the sums to the council. (d) He shall prevent in any way from harming Israel’s Ornamental Plants international reputation.
