Abstract This Act prohibits the slaughter of Cows, Bulls and Bullocks in the State of Orissa with the exception of certain circumstances under which bulls and bullocks may be slaughtered. Furthermore, the Act details out the penalties and fees for the wrongful slaughter or export of these animals.
