These Regulations come into force on 30 June 2009.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 32a of the Canada Agricultural Products Act. The Regulations apply to food and drink intended for human consumption and food intended to feed livestock, including agricultural crops used for those purposes. They also apply to the cultivation of plants. The text consists of 30 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Verification and certification bodies (1); Certification (2); Label (3); Interprovincial and international Trade (4).
