This Ordinance enters into force on 2 March 2001.
Abstract

This Ordinance seeks to prevent spreading of foot-and-mouth disease by controlling importation or transit of living cattle, pigs, goats and sheep and animal feedstuffs from the United Kingdom. It shall be prohibited to import products of animal origin for human consumption.
