The present Ordinance enters into force on 17 January 1994.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law relating to the Federal Act on environment protection of 25 April 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to environmental issues in the Canton Appenzell Innerrhoden. The Ordinance consists of 24 articles divided into 8 chapters as follows: Competent authorities (I); Delegation of implementing tasks (II); Contribution of the Canton (III); Procedures for environmental impact assessment (IV); Waste management (V); Air pollution, heat cost billing (VI); Noise protection (VII); Miscellaneous Provisions (VIII).
