The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2001.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Agriculture Law of 29 June 2000. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following aspects: encumbrance, financial help for structural improvements, contract of lease, transitional provisions and entry into force.
