Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Water Rights Law of 12 March 1995. Article 1 of the Ordinance establishes that upon request the licence holder of a hydropower energy station is obliged to give information to municipalities and the Canton. Article 2 specifies that all hydropower energy stations in the Canton Graubünden shall be registered.
