Abstract

This Ordinance provides for issuing permits for water use in industrial plants and permits for installations of the water resources. Applicants should provide information on type, origin, quantity and material pollution of the waste water, raw and auxiliary materials, the location of waste water and measures for the retention of pollutants and monitor emissions into the environment. The Ordinance provides for public information and access to information. In case of use of water with significant effects in another state, the other state will be informed about the project or adaptation measures. The Order provides for the requirements for grant of permit for water use belonging to an industrial plant and special obligations for the holder of the license or permit. This Order further provides for the monitoring plans and programs and reviewing permission and approval. This Order consists of 14 Articles and 4 Sections as follow: Scope and Definition (1); Approval and monitoring of industrial waste water treatment plants and water use (2); Special regulations for waste water from waste incineration plants (3); and Administrative Offences and Transitional Provision (4).
