Such permit shall be issued only when there exist, in the opinion of the Chief of the Veterinary Service, sufficient guarantees that such substances are handled and stored with in the right manner and that no danger exists of the spreading of pests or diseases. The Ordinance also defines offences, prescribes penalties for such offences and provides with respect to prosecution of such offences. Full text Dutch
