The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 1995.
Abstract

The present Ordinance is made under the Water Rights Law of the Canton Graubünden (Graubünden Water Rights Law) of 12 March 1995. In particular, the text lays down provisions relating to taxation to be paid for water rights and water pump stations. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Obligations of the licensee (2); Determining the gross output (3); Tax calculation (4); Investment, appeal and criminal proceedings (5); Final provisions (6).
