The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 1990.
Abstract

The present Ordinance is made under the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983. In particular, article 1 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Ordinance regulates the tightening of emission limits for nitrogen oxides, organic matter and diesel soot in installations within the meaning of the afore-mentioned Federal Environment Protection Act.
