"It is forbidden to sell or expose fresh fish, except by fishmongers licensed from the Municipality subject to authorization from the Veterinary Department" (art. 2). Article 3 prescribes sanitary requirements for shops wishing to obtain a licence to expose fresh fish. The Veterinary Department examines fish before exportation and then supplies a licence for exportation free of charge. Provisions of article 5 regulate the inspection of fish shops by officials of the Department. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles. Full text English
