Abstract An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry on the public storage for butter. The butter from the EC countries has to comply with the standards set for Austrian butter. Samples have to be tested before storage can take place. Packing and marking regulations are contained in article 6. Part V deals with the establishment of relevant prices. "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance. The Ordinance comprises 21 articles divided into 6 Parts and 1 Annex outlining quality standards.
