Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1979.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to protect wild fauna and flora and to preserve it from extinction by fighting harmful effects, preserving biotopes and implementing other appropriate measures. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General rules on protection of nature (I); General regulations on protection of nature (II); Protection of plants (III); Organization and implementation (IV); Penal and final provisions (V).
