Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2009.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of indigenous plants and animal species. Article 1 and 2 list respectively protected plant and protected animal species. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: general provisions on protection, special authorization for scientific purposes, supervision in protected areas. Two Annexes are enclosed.
