Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Law on nature protection and landscape conservation of 18 September 1990. The Ordinance aims to protect and maintain the hedgerows, and plants near rivers as habitats of plants and animals and nature objects dominating the landscape, protecting the soil and river banks from wind erosion.
