Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of forests, moors and heathlands. Article 1 establishes whoever perceives a fire in a forest, moorland or heathland has the duty to start at once to extinguish it as far as he is in a position to do so and if there is no peril to his life. The text consists of 6 articles.
