Article 2 of the present Ordinance establishes that the longest possible preservation of old or seldom or valuable trees or group of trees shall be the particular aim of protection. Furthermore, trees listed in Annex 2 are protected because of their rarity, uniqueness, exceptional beauty under the afore-mentioned Tree Protection Ordinance.
