Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Toxic Substances Act of 21 March 1969. Article 2 establishes that the Environment Office shall grant the general authorization for the circulation of toxic substances and for pest control with highly toxic gases and other substances. The afore-mentioned Office shall issue the Toxic Substancen Register. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Supervision (1); Authorization, Toxic Substance Regiser, toxic substance notes (2); Disposal of toxic substances (3); Fees (5); Complaints (6); Repeal (7); Entry into force (8).
